CompTIA ISAO and Phin Security now integrating with Gradient
October 13, 2022 (Calgary, Alberta) – After launching the game-changing Alerts Module on the Synthesize platform earlier this week, Gradient welcomes two more vendor integrations onto the platform.
“We’re excited to quickly boost our integrations offerings with the inclusion of CompTIA ISAO and Phin Security this week,” says Colin Knox, CEO and Co-Founder of Gradient MSP. “CompTIA ISAO joins our launch partner, Breach Secure Now, in offering their MSP customers an improved opportunity to capture and action the alerts that matter to them, while Phin Security joins a growing number of vendors offering pain-free billing reconciliation to MSP partners.”
CompTIA ISAO Alerts integration adds immediate value to its members
The CompTIA ISAO threat reports are created by analysists from IT-ISAC and members which provide both INFORMATIONAL and ACTIONABLE details of potential threats to the MSP and their clients. These reports contain information related to what the threat is, analysts’ comments, mitigation steps (if actionable), indicators of compromise (if known), and the source of the information surrounding the threat.
“We’re pleased that the CompTIA ISAO Threat Reports will now be available in our members’ PSAs via the Alerts module. Our goal is to share information with our members quickly and efficiently so they can make informed decisions and protect their business and their customers from threats. This integration will stop the threat reports from getting lost in an inbox or from forcing the MSP to login to the CompTIA ISAO portal and place the report directly into their PSA for all to read and take appropriate action. It’s a win-win partnership for us,” says Wayne Selk, Executive Director, CompTIA ISAO.
As an added bonus, CompTIA is giving Gradient partners a discount code on their annual subscription. You can use the promo code SPV1156022 for a $100 off your first year of CompTIA membership.
Phin Security excited to be part of the Synthesize ecosystem
Phin Security provides Security awareness training and phishing simulation for MSPs only. MSPs have too many end users to worry about creating, scheduling, and managing campaigns for phishing and training. Phin offers a solution that lets MSPs scale across their entire client base. The fit with the Synthesize platform just made sense.
"Over the last year, we have seen the company that Colin and team have built together, and we have seen the impact they have on their MSP Partners. We wholeheartedly believe Gradient's core motivation is to serve the Channel as diligently as possible. Not only is Gradient a wonderful company to work alongside, but also, Gradient is an excellent platform to integrate with. We were excited at the opportunity to be a part of the ecosystem that is being put together. Billing reconciliation is the first of what we believe to be many exciting things Gradient will do for their Partners and now for us as well," said Connor Swalm, CEO, Phin Security.
Alerts Module will simplify alert response, saving time and money
MSPs using the Synthesize Alerts Module will experience first-hand the time (and therefore money) savings of staying on top of alerts from within their PSA. Rather than monitoring multiple consoles or sifting through bottomless shared mailboxes trying to work through the noise of alerts that don’t matter to them, MSPs can determine which alerts matter to them, map them to the ticketing queue most appropriate to action them, and then process those alerts as standardized tickets from within their PSA.
“Imagine never missing a critical alert – or hearing about it from your customers. The Alerts Module is the game-changer the Channel has been waiting for,” says Knox.
Billing reconciliation is easier with Billing Module
The Billing Module on the Synthesize platform reduces the operational headache of reconciling bills. MSPs who use the module can expect to reduce the time it takes to complete reconciliation tasks, uncover revenue they have been leaving on the table, and finally get paid for everything they do.
Vendors interested in building Billing or Alerts integrations with Synthesize can visit our Integration Program page.
MSPs can take advantage of a Standard Alerts integration, such as CompTIA ISAO, at no cost. Turning on two or more Standard Alerts integrations, or Premium Alerts integrations (when available) will cost $149/month for unlimited integrations.
MSPs looking to improve reconciliation can use a Standard Billing integration, such as Phin Security, at no cost. Additional Standard Billing integrations or Premium Billing integrations are available for $99/month.
As a bonus, MSPs can combine the Alerts module with the Gradient Billing module and streamline their monthly billing reconciliation using integrations like the one from Phin Security to automate the task. Complete details can be found on our Pricing page.
