Today at LegUp '23, Gradient has launched multi-user functionality, a highly requested feature that allows partners to better manage access to the Synthesize platform.
This new functionality release will bring Synthesize into alignment with security best practices. Account owners can invite individual users within their organization, including the people who complete reconciliation actions, without worry that those users could inadvertently access and modify account-level information such as PSA connections.
The new functionality will make it easier for partners to on- and off-board staff and provide a more accurate audit trail of actions undertaken by partner staff. Only account owners will have the ability to change subscriptions or manage users.
Multi-user functionality is available only for Pro Billing subscribers.
