Are you getting paid for everything you do?

No one wants to work for free unless you're volunteering for something. At the end of the day, or in this case the month, you want to get paid for all your hard work. Sure you love tech and you love helping people with their tech, but unless you're helping grandma dodge Nigerian princes, a good part of your motivation is the remuneration.

As an MSP, that means making sure you get paid for everything you do, big jobs, small jobs, and everything in between. But chances are, if you're reconciling your billing manually, you're probably missing out on some much-needed revenue.

Why You're Leaking Revenue

Manual billing reconciliation is a messy process—countless open tabs everywhere. There’s no way to see what you’ve done and what you haven’t done. A rough estimate based on our conversations is somewhere between 3% - 10% of total revenue. That’s revenue you've worked hard to earn but are never seeing.
