To synthesize means to combine several things into a coherent whole. When you integrate into the Gradient API, you’re integrating into a singular platform that connects you to eight of the top PSAs in the MSP industry (in alphabetical order, because you’re all #1 in our hearts!)
Gradient’s mission for Synthesize is to make partnerships between MSPs and channel vendors more prosperous.
To achieve this, Synthesize provides a singular open-ecosystem API for integrations. When vendors integrate with and/or through Synthesize, they will instantly be able to reconcile end-customer consumption to make sure they’re billing the right amount in their PSA.
