Tim Coach possesses a wealth of knowledge when it comes to successfully running an MSP. He is an army veteran with several years of experience in the MSP space, occupying nearly every role. He not only understands what owners are trying to accomplish but the more technical requirements needed to achieve their goals.
Tim has helped many companies across a broad spectrum to build or rebuild their businesses. He is deeply committed to working with business leaders to help turn their vision into reality.
He is putting his vast experience to work at Gradient MSP as its flockstar Director of Kick-Ass MSP where he shares his expertise with the members of his team and the channel, through his participation in various high-profile industry events. He is helping to shift the focus away from just the numbers to allow for a more holistic approach, or as he puts it, “Our industry is one of numbers and that is primarily how we are measured. The reality, at least in my world is that real results stem from the success of the people and culture, the happier the staff and culture of the company, the better the experience for the client and the numbers tend to take care of themselves.”
Tim is living up to his name by coaching many within the IT channel. He will soon be taking his coaching to new levels with the forthcoming launch of Kickass MSP. Exciting new updates on this initiative will be announced in the coming weeks—stay tuned.

Meet Nicole Maxfield, Gradient’s Director of Operations. She is a seasoned professional with an extensive background in analytics and project management.
Nicole is a valued member of the Gradient flock. She is focused on day-to-day management and is also a vital member of the team in charge of the strategic planning for IT operations. She plays a key role in helping to identify and lead the adoption of emerging infrastructure and software to strengthen our internal needs and those of our client base.
Working for a start-up can be challenging, to say the least. Nicole’s calm and approachable manner in the face of a demanding role is crucial in continually refining and enhancing Gradient’s IT infrastructure and operational efficiencies as she continues to establish processes and protocols to help take the company to the next level.
Nicole is fun-loving and enjoys life to the fullest. She is always game for a new challenge whether it’s keeping up with her kids, training for some outrageous race, or unwinding in a yoga studio. Gradient is proud to welcome her as part of the team.
