### Custom Integrations allow MSPs to unlock the power of the Synthesize platform

For some MSPs, the primary reason they *haven't* yet embraced the Synthesize platform to streamline their back-office operations, like billing reconciliation and alerting, is that the integration library doesn't include their preferred vendors.

The release of [Custom Integrations](https://www.meetgradient.com/resources/gradient-msp-unveils-custom-integrations) has eliminated that roadblock to adoption, allowing MSPs the opportunity to not only integrate with their favorite vendors but to bring in the data they want in precisely the way they want to work with it.
